How do I know which motors in my facility need the most attention?

Start with one question: if this motor fails right now, what happens? Motors that stop production entirely are critical and deserve the most protection. Motors with backup systems or workarounds fall in the middle. Motors that are cheap to replace and won’t disrupt operations can run to failure without much risk.

That tiering is the foundation of a smart maintenance plan. Everything else follows from there.
